CAF Management, LLC is seeking a Leasing Professional in League City, TX to welcome prospective residents and guide them through the leasing journey. You’ll maintain accurate records, coordinate with maintenance, and assist with events and marketing to boost occupancy.

The role requires strong communication, weekend availability, and the ability to meet leasing goals while delivering excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Availability to work Saturdays and a flexible weekday schedule.
• Comfortable working with leasing goals and sales metrics.
• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, provide tours, and highlight community features.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
• Guide applicants through the leasing process from start to finish.
• Maintain accurate records in Entrata (or similar software).
• Assist with marketing efforts, outreach, and resident events.
• Support move-ins, lease renewals, and resident communication.
• Collaborate with maintenance and management teams to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Stay current on market trends, pricing, and availability.
