CAF Management is seeking a Leasing Professional to help shape the resident experience at our property. This full-time, onsite role features a competitive hourly rate plus commission.

You will welcome prospective residents, provide tours, answer inquiries, and guide applicants through the lease process while maintaining accurate records in Entrata or similar software. The position emphasizes strong customer service, sales-mindedness, and the ability to work Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Availability to work Saturdays (closed on Sundays) and maintain a flexible weekday schedule.
• Comfortable working with leasing goals and sales metrics.
• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, provide tours, and highlight community features
• Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries with professionalism and urgency
• Guide applicants through the leasing process from start to finish
• Maintain accurate records in Entrata (or similar software)
• Assist with marketing efforts, outreach, and resident events
• Support move-ins, lease renewals, and resident communication
• Collaborate with maintenance and management teams to ensure resident satisfaction
• Stay current on market trends, pricing, and availability
