CAF Management is seeking a Leasing Professional in Mesquite, TX to greet prospective residents, tour communities, and guide applicants through the leasing process with professionalism. You’ll maintain accurate records in Entrata and support marketing, move-ins, renewals, and resident events.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, communication, and the ability to meet leasing goals while staying current on market trends and pricing.

Formación

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Availability to work Saturdays and maintain a flexible weekday schedule.
• Comfortable working with leasing goals and sales metrics.
• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems.
• Preferred: previous leasing, sales, or customer-facing experience.
• Preferred: experience with Entrata or property management software.
• Preferred: bilingual abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Greet prospective residents, provide tours, and highlight community features
• Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries with professionalism and urgency
• Guide applicants through the leasing process from start to finish
• Maintain accurate records in Entrata (or similar software)
• Assist with marketing efforts, outreach, and resident events
• Support move-ins, lease renewals, and resident communication
• Collaborate with maintenance and management teams to ensure resident satisfaction
• Stay current on market trends, pricing, and availability
