Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximize occupancy by generating qualified traffic and securing rentals.
• Conduct all leasing activities including responding to inquiries and providing tours.
• Maintain high customer service standards and assist in resident functions.
