Job summary

The NRP Group LLC is seeking a Leasing Specialist to maximize occupancy at our Austin properties. You’ll conduct tours, respond to inquiries, and coordinate move-ins while building relationships in the local market.

You will manage applications, leases, and payments, support marketing efforts, and ensure resident retention. Experience in leasing or sales, strong computer skills, and reliable transportation are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or sales experience required.
• Education: high school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• Tax Credit Specialist accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct leasing activities at the property, respond to inquiries, give tours and coordinate move-ins.
• Perform market surveys and competitor shops to optimize marketing strategies.
• Develop and monitor referral programs; maintain occupancy and resident retention.
• Process applications, leases, deposits, rents, and related fees; ensure compliance with policies.
