Responsibilities

• Conduct apartment tours with prospective residents.
• Complete leasing documents and collect rental deposits.
• Ensure model apartments are ready to show.
• Understand lease terms, specifications, and community policies.
• Know leasing sales and closing techniques.
• Stay informed about current pricing and amenities.
• Maintain contact with locator services and local businesses.
• Develop and maintain resident retention programs.
• Organize resident and property files and handle requests.
