Job summary

American Landmark Apartments is seeking an experienced Leasing Agent for Watersedge, a 354-unit community in Webster, TX. You will conduct tours, process leasing documents, and ensure model apartments are ready for showings.

You will drive local and digital marketing efforts, respond to inquiries, and collaborate with management on campaigns. A college degree is helpful but not required; RealPage/LRO and One-Site knowledge is preferred.

• Leasing experience also helps, but is not required.
• Knowledge of RealPage/LRO and One-Site preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct apartment tours with prospective residents.
• Complete leasing agent documents and collect rental deposits.
• Ensure model apartments are ready to be shown.
• Understand lease terms, specifications, and all community policies.
• Knowledge of leasing agent sales and closing techniques.
• Know the current market and pricing/amenities.
• Maintain contact with apartment locator services and local businesses to stay competitive.
• Shop local competitor communities.
• Develop knowledge of application information, screening processes, and rental policies.
• Conduct outreach marketing at least weekly.
• Develop and maintain resident retention programs.
• Organize all resident and property files.
• Handle resident requests and complaints appropriately.
• Assist in delinquent rent collection.
