Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive apartment rentals, leases, and renewals on-site in Fort Worth. You will engage with prospective residents, coordinate move-ins and renewals, and work closely with maintenance to ensure units are ready for occupancy.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, effective communication, and accurate record-keeping to improve occupancy and client satisfaction. Experience in residential leasing is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure resident retention.
• Promote a quality living experience for residents and clients.
• Follow up with prospective residents via phone, mail or email.
• Prepare lease documentation and move-in paperwork and ensure accuracy of records.
