• Leasing experience also helps, but is not required
• Knowledge of RealPage/LRO and One-Site preferred

• Conduct apartment tours with prospective residents
• Complete leasing documents and collect deposits
• Ensure model apartments are ready to show
• Understand lease terms, specs, and policies
• Know current market and pricing for amenities
• Maintain contact with locator services and local businesses
