Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in real estate and/or marketing or sales preferred.
• Awareness of rental landscape in Ft. Worth, TX.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and common online tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional, yet friendly, leasing office atmosphere.
• Greet prospective residents and present communities and apartments.
• Qualify prospects and determine needs and preferences; highlight features and benefits.
• Handle incoming calls and transfer to Manager when appropriate.
• Perform outreach marketing duties and contribute ideas for property marketing.
• Complete lease applications and process verification; notify results.
• Accept rent and deposits and provide receipts on request.
• Enter traffic data into the system daily and maintain organized records.
