Job summary

Southern Land Company is seeking a Leasing Professional for its Fort Worth, TX, property Deco. You will greet prospects, present apartments, and manage CRM/PMS data while delivering world-class customer service.

The role requires strong organization, communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include processing applications, coordinating lease steps, and supporting retention events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior sales, customer service, or leasing experience.
• Fair Housing Training.

Responsibilities

• Greet future residents, determine needs and preferences, and professionally present property and specific apartments.
• Complete reporting requirements including outreach marketing, traffic reports, daily checklists, CRM and PMS.
• Assist in resident retention programs and host events at least once monthly after hours.
• Enter all information into CRM: calls, visits, applicants, residents, and activity.
• Process lease applications, collect income proofs, gain approvals, notify results within 24–72 hours.
• Schedule pre-signing of lease, move-in appointments, and freight elevator logistics.
• Assist with monthly advertising review and binder maintenance.
