Job summary

NRP Group, Inc. is seeking a Leasing Specialist for our new lease-up property, Cora. You will maximize occupancy by generating qualified traffic, networking locally, scheduling tours, and securing rentals while delivering exceptional customer service.

Under the Community Manager, you will support renewals, pricing, and move-ins, coordinate on-site marketing, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing and occupancy standards. A strong focus on curb appeal and resident satisfaction is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; TCS accreditation preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or sales experience (or relevant education).
• Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office; Yardi experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct leasing activities at the property, respond to inquiries, give tours, and coordinate move-ins.
• Perform market surveys and assess competitor offerings.
• Develop on-site marketing activities and referral programs.
• Track renewals, lease expirations, and notices to vacate.
• Process application fees, deposits, rents and other fees accurately.
• Maintain organized files and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Support with events and maintain curb appeal; assist at other properties as needed.
