Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Agent to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across a resident-focused community in the United States. The role involves greeting prospects, showing apartments, processing applications, and ensuring smooth move-ins and renewals.

You'll monitor market conditions, implement marketing plans, and use OneSite/Yardi to manage data, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and occupancy targets.

Qualifications

• Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, credit checks, and preparing lease packages.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and ensures units are ready, coordinating with maintenance as needed.
• Develops short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follows policies related to concessions and programs.
• Designs and executes marketing activities to drive traffic to the community, including referrals and employer outreach, using internet tools.
• Uses on-site property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability and leasing activities.
• Ensures show units meet company standards by inspecting show units, coordinating with maintenance, and preparing leasing office for activity.
• Follows up with prospects and new residents to secure leases and renewals.
• Executes leasing renewal support: prepares renewal letters, contacts renewing residents, and ensures timely signing.
• Responds promptly to resident/owner concerns and coordinates with appropriate teams.
