Greystar is seeking a leasing professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across a multifamily community. You will greet prospects, tour properties, process applications and coordinate move-ins while maintaining high occupancy and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Proven leasing and sales experience in multifamily communities.
• Ability to greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications and perform credit/criminal checks.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and lease packages.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and ensure readiness.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to drive occupancy and revenue.
• Create and drive traffic via owner outreach, referrals and online ads.
• Use on-site PM software to track availability and leasing activities.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare leasing office daily.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to confirm decisions to lease or renew.
• Support lease renewals with timely letters and packages.
