Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a leasing professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies at a Denver community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure a smooth move-in and renewal process.

The role requires handling show units to meet occupancy and revenue goals, maintaining show quality, and coordinating with maintenance. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, with a pay range of $22-$24 per hour.

Qualifications

• Licenses/certifications required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Show apartments and conduct community tours.
• Screen applications, credit screening, and background checks.
• Prepare lease and move-in package; ensure smooth move-in and lease signing.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals; coordinate lease renewals.
