Job summary

NRP Group is seeking a Leasing Specialist for our new Ambler property in Cleveland, OH. You will maximize occupancy by generating qualified traffic, conducting tours, and coordinating move-ins, while delivering excellent customer service to residents and prospects.

The role requires 1 year of customer service or sales experience, strong computer skills, and preference for Yardi experience. Local travel and a flexible schedule are expected as part of property operations.

Qualifications

• 1-year customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Proficiency in basic computers, MS Office.
• Knowledge of LIHTC compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all leasing activities, respond to inquiries, provide tours of apartments and amenities.
• Coordinate move-ins and follow up with prospects to maintain occupancy.
• Develop and monitor referral programs and on-site marketing activities.
• Process applications, deposits, rents and other fees accurately.
• Maintain files and leasing area, ensuring showroom readiness.
