Job summary

The NRP Group in Ohio is seeking a Leasing Specialist to maximize occupancy by generating qualified traffic, conducting apartment tours, and coordinating smooth move-ins at our community. You will perform market surveys, develop on-site marketing programs, and process applications, fees, deposits, and notices while delivering outstanding customer service and curb appeal.

High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of customer service or sales experience preferred; Yardi experience and MS

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• 1 year customer service or sales experience.
• Tax Credit Specialist accreditation preferred; Microsoft Office and Yardi experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leasing on-site: tours, inquiries, and move-ins.
• Perform market surveys and competitive shops.
• Develop on-site marketing activities and referrals.
• Process applications, fees, deposits, rents, and notices.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain property appearance.
