Qualifications

• Leasing experience is a plus.
• Background Check and Drug Screening is required.
• Evening and weekend work is required.

Responsibilities

• Market property amenities to prospective residents and promote the community.
• Lead guided tours and greet all potential residents.
• Answer calls and follow up with prospects via phone, email or walk-ins.
• Process applications and lease paperwork; manage leads in the tracking system.
• Provide strong customer service to residents and coordinate maintenance requests.
