Job summary

Management Services Corporation (MSC), part of The Caton Companies, is seeking a Leasing Specialist for Westgate Apartments in Manassas. The role focuses on marketing and leasing units, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting the marketing plan with a friendly, organized approach.

No leasing experience is required as training will be provided; Spanish speakers are a plus. Salary is hourly and depends on experience, with full-time hours typical Monday–Friday and occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous marketing, sales or customer service experience.
• Leasing experience not required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents, prospective residents and visitors promptly and courteously.
• Provide accurate information about the community, apartments, rates, and policies.
• Show apartments following proper procedures and pre-qualify prospects.
• Process applications, run credit checks, verify references and contact applicants.
