Job summary

TGM Communities is seeking a motivated Leasing Associate for our Naples, FL community. You will generate new leases and deliver top-tier resident service, representing the property with a focus on quality, community, and value.

Strong people skills help you greet visitors, conduct tours, and handle inquiries efficiently. The role requires good organizational and computer skills, and leasing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leases for the community and provide quality customer service to residents.
• Represent the community professionally to prospective and current residents.
• Market property amenities and promote the TGM brand.
• Handle inquiries by phone, email, and walk-ins with timely follow-up.
• Process applications and lease paperwork and keep occupancy data accurate.
• Conduct tours, gather lead information, and track leads in the system.
• Assist with weekly market surveys and related administrative duties.
