Job summary

Management Services Corporation in Manassas is seeking a full-time Leasing Specialist for Westgate Apartments and Townhomes. You will market and lease rental units to maximize occupancy and support the company’s marketing plan, working with a friendly team.

No prior leasing experience required; training provided. This role is Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays; Spanish-speaking ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or encouraged to apply.
• Experience in leasing not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents, prospective residents and visitors promptly and courteously.
• Provide accurate information about the community, apartments, rates, terms and policies.
• Show apartments and pre-qualify prospective residents; follow up on inquiries.
• Process applications, verify employment and references, and submit for approval.
• Prepare renewal and initial leases 24 hours prior to move-in date.
