Job summary

Thrive Communities Career Center in Washington state is seeking a Leasing Specialist to join our team. You will handle leasing duties, rent collection coordination, resident relations, and marketing efforts across on-site communities.

The role emphasizes sales, customer service, and community stewardship, with opportunities for growth and a robust benefits package that includes PTO, healthcare, and retirement options. This position is 100% in-person at our properties.

Qualifications

• 1+ year working in customer service.
• 1+ year prior sales or leasing experience.
• 6+ months experience in multifamily property management, or equivalent skills and experience.
• NALP Certification, or other NAAEI credential, is a plus.
• Yardi/CRM and OnSite experience.
• Basic computer skills with the ability to learn/navigate software systems.

Responsibilities

• Leasing: generates lease paperwork, focuses on sales, and mentors the leasing team.
• Resident Relations: maintains positive customer relations and a sense of community.
• Marketing: manages ads and monitors local market trends for resident satisfaction.
• Administrative: answers calls/emails promptly and maintains required reports.
• General: performs additional duties as assigned by managers.
