Job summary

Greystar seeks a Floating Leasing Professional at Ample at First Creek to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to maximize occupancy and resident retention. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit checks, and prepare lease documents for move-in.

You will also inspect units, coordinate with maintenance, stay informed about market conditions, and drive occupancy through referrals, online marketing, and community programs.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Licenses/certifications as required by state/local jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, process applications, perform credit/background checks, and prepare lease and move-in packages.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate maintenance to ensure move-in readiness.
• Monitor market conditions and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic using online tools and referrals.
• Track lease activity and occupancy using on-site property management software.
• Coordinate lease renewals, communicate with renewing residents, and ensure timely signing of renewal documents.
