Pontis Property Management is seeking a friendly Leasing Consultant to greet prospective residents, conduct tours of available units, and present features that drive leasing decisions.

You will handle rental applications, verify income, prepare leases, and maintain an exceptional resident experience to support high occupancy and timely move-ins. This role requires strong communication and a proactive, sales-minded approach.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
• Previous leasing, sales, customer service, or property management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to close leasing deals and meet targets.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist prospective residents, provide tours of available units and amenities.
• Present rental properties in a compelling manner, highlighting features and benefits to prospects.
• Answer inquiries regarding rental rates, lease terms, amenities, and policies.
• Follow up with prospects to encourage lease signings and secure commitments; maintain a 33% closing ratio.
• Process rental applications, verify income, and ensure complete documentation.
• Prepare lease agreements and ensure accuracy and compliance with policies.
• Inspect vacant units and common areas to ensure readiness and proper tour paths.
• Maintain records and update property management software with leasing information.
