Responsibilities

• Consistently market the community to meet occupancy goals.
• Independently manage time for tours, follow-ups, and inquiries.
• Ensure units are ready for move-in and assist with inspections.
• Prepare and execute leases in compliance with standards.
• Collect application fees, deposits, and rent using PM software.
• Enter service requests and document conversations for records.
• Monitor community facilities and assist management with tasks.
• Operate PC functions and company software; perform other duties.
