Job summary

TRG Management Company, LLLP is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the primary contact for prospective and current residents. You will market units, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases to ensure a positive resident experience and high occupancy.

The role requires strong communication and sales skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. On-site position with weekends/holidays as needed; competitive salary and benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; experience in leasing or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents in person, by phone, and online.
• Conduct property tours and highlight community amenities and features.
• Respond promptly to leasing inquiries and follow up with prospects.
• Process rental applications, verify documentation, and screen applicants.
• Prepare lease agreements and explain lease terms and community policies.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and resident files.
• Assist with lease renewals and resident retention initiatives.
• Coordinate move-in and move-out procedures.
• Address resident concerns and communicate maintenance requests.
• Help market the property through social media, community outreach, and advertising.
• Ensure the leasing office and model units are clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Meet monthly leasing, occupancy, and renewal goals.
