Continental is seeking a Leasing Associate to guide residents from inquiry to move-in and to maintain a welcoming community environment. You will conduct tours, answer inquiries, and coordinate seamless move-ins while leveraging marketing and events to achieve occupancy goals.

The role requires a customer-service mindset, the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, and comfort balancing desk work with on-site duties in a fast-paced property setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or property management is a plus.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Experience conducting tours and coordinating move-ins is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Guide leasing process from first contact to move-in.
• Inspect and prepare tour-ready units and maintain a clean, inviting model and tour path daily.
• Coordinate marketing, resident events, and technology to drive occupancy and revenue.
• Support lease renewals and occupancy tracking while ensuring compliance with regulations.
