Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and prospects with a professional, friendly demeanor.
• Qualify prospects, present the community, and explain lease terms and application process.
• Tour apartments and model units; highlight features and benefits.
• Process lease applications, verify information, and maintain accurate records.
• Input resident information into management software and generate reports as needed.
• Assist with resident relations and marketing activities to meet goals.
