Job summary

Essential Staffing Solutions, LLC is seeking experienced Apartment Leasing Professionals who are dependable, motivated, and customer service-driven. This role thrives in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment.

Responsibilities include conducting property tours, guiding applicants through the leasing process, processing leases and renewals, and delivering exceptional service to current and prospective residents.

Weekend availability and the ability to tour properties on foot are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
• Experience with Yardi, OneSite, or similar leasing software.
• Minimum 1 year of apartment leasing experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and effectively communicate the features and benefits of the community.
• Guide prospective residents through the application and leasing process.
• Process lease agreements, renewals, and move-in documentation.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Accurately handle deposits and rent payments.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with leasing reports.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.
