Paradigm Management Corp is seeking a part-time Leasing Professional to help lease apartments, handle customer service, and assist with in-person tours and move-in preparations. Responsibilities include online marketing, reporting, and resident inquiries, with a weekend-inclusive schedule.

The role emphasizes strong interpersonal communication, proficiency with Word/Excel, and basic math for applications and reports. Prior leasing or sales experience is preferred, and a college degree is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Prior residential leasing success or proven sales and customer service experience in a related service field.
• College degree a plus.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with social media platforms and marketing a plus.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and familiarity with professional business writing.
• Organizational skills with accuracy and ability to multi-task; basic math skills.

Aufgaben

• Deliver outstanding customer service to prospective residents, current residents, and visitors.
• Lead tours of the community and capture rental commitments from application to move-in.
• Complete marketing activities and prepare leasing-related reports.
• Assist with resident relations, administrative tasks, and property management duties.
• Collaborate with leasing and property department teams to create a positive environment for staff, residents, and visitors.
• Work schedule includes weekends to maximize leasing potential.
