Qualifications

• Must have at least a high school diploma (college hours preferred).
• Must be willing to work flexible hours/days and weekends.
• Must have or be willing to learn computer skills.
• Outgoing or extroverted personality recommended.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and qualify prospective residents, presenting community features and apartment options.
• Tour apartments and model units, describing benefits and answering questions.
• Explain application procedures and lease contracts; ensure proper completion of forms.
• Input prospect, applicant and resident data into management software and generate reports.
• Maintain at least a 33% closing ratio and follow up with leads.
• Assist with resident relations and move-in coordination; support property team as needed.
