Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and ensure retention and client satisfaction.

The role requires a high school diploma and prior sales or leasing experience; familiarity with Yardi Voyager and MS Office is a plus. Strong communication and organization are essential to success.

Formación

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure resident retention and client satisfaction.
• Qualify prospective residents, lease apartments, prepare lease documentation, and complete move-in paperwork.
• Ensure model apartments are in touring condition and orient residents to the property.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic activity and follow up with prospective residents by phone, mail, or email.
• Assist with planning resident activities and support management with clerical duties.
