Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property on-site. You will greet prospects, tour communities, qualify applicants, and sign leases while handling required paperwork and follow-ups.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic on-site software skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA. This is a full-time, on-site position with benefits and commissions where applicable.

Qualifications

• On-site software basics required to operate leasing systems.
• Understanding of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to interact professionally with residents and prospects.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations for the property.
• Show, tour, qualify, and sign leases with prospective residents.
• Complete leasing paperwork and manage prospect traffic data.
• Assist in marketing and retention programs and respond to requests.
