Qualifikationen

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (Yardi, Knock, OneSite)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented with strong customer service orientation.
• Detail-oriented with organizational and time-management skills.

Aufgaben

• Welcome guests and tour luxury communities to showcase features and amenities.
• Prepare lease paperwork, conduct credit/background checks, and manage move-in process.
• Market properties locally and digitally across socials and events.
• Provide best-in-class customer service to residents and guests; address questions and requests promptly.
• Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and events to generate leads and schedule tours.
• Assist with lease renewals and retention efforts; build relationships with residents.
• Perform administrative duties and process rental payments.
