Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and property management software (Yardi, Knock, OneSite).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized with time management.
• Ability to travel and driver's license may be required.
• No specific previous experience required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and tour guests to showcase community features.
• Prepare lease paperwork and conduct credit/background checks.
• Develop local and digital marketing across socials and events.
• Provide best-in-class customer service to residents and guests.
• Proactively reach out to prospects to generate leads and tours.
• Assist with lease renewals and resident retention.
• Handle administrative duties like reporting and rent processing.
