The Bainbridge Companies is seeking a driven Leasing Manager to lead the leasing process for multifamily communities in the Saint Petersburg area. You will drive occupancy, showcase properties, and ensure resident satisfaction through strong sales and service skills.

The role requires coordinating with marketing and operations to execute leasing campaigns, tours, and move-in activities while maintaining accurate records and reporting.

Qualifications

• Manage all aspects of the leasing process from lead generation to lease signing.
• Develop leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and meet goals.
• Conduct property tours and present amenities to prospects.
• Respond promptly to inquiries with detailed property information.
• Process applications, run background/credit checks, and ensure fair housing compliance.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and events to attract residents.
• Coordinate move-in/out procedures and unit inspections.
• Build positive relationships with current residents and address issues quickly.
• Prepare leasing reports and keep records of occupancy and demographics.
