Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process from tour to move-in and close leases.
• Explain property features to meet residents' needs.
• Market the property to increase traffic via online posts and outreach.
• Support occupancy and retention goals through follow-up with prospects.
• Maintain knowledge of the property to aid decision-making for applicants.
• Build relationships with residents with timely responses.
• Prepare lease documents and organize resident files.
• Coordinate resident events with teammates.
• Daily property and model inspections for cleanliness and curb appeal.
