Qualifications

• Fluent English reading and writing ability.
• Proficiency in on-site resident management software.
• No specific prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and tour guests, showcase A+ luxury communities, and demonstrate what sets the community apart.
• Prepare lease paperwork, run credit/background checks, and ensure a smooth move-in day.
• Develop local and digital marketing strategies across social channels and events.
• Provide best-in-class customer service to residents and guests; address inquiries promptly.
• Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and events to generate leads and tours.
• Assist with lease renewals and resident retention with personalized service.
• Perform administrative duties, maintain leasing files, and process rent payments.
