Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Leasing Consultant to greet clients, present community features, and secure lease agreements from qualified prospects. Responsibilities include showing units, processing applications, and maintaining accurate files.

The role requires strong communication skills, professional conduct in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail. Prior customer service or leasing experience is preferred, with a dynamic team culture and growth

• Customer service experience preferred in a leasing role.

Responsabilités

• Greet clients and present the features and benefits of the community.
• Secure lease agreements from qualified persons.
• Maintain knowledge of lease terms, unit availability, policies, and screening information.
• Utilize effective customer service and sales techniques.
• Maintain contact with local brokers and businesses for information materials.
• Conduct outreach marketing and compare neighboring properties.
• Develop and maintain resident retention programs.
• Create move-in files and assist with ongoing file maintenance.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Handle resident requests and complaints courteously and efficiently.
