• Greet clients and present community features

• Maintain model apartments and a clean workspace

• Provide excellent customer service and sales techniques
• Engage with local businesses and rental locator services
• Conduct outreach marketing and resident retention activities
• Assist with move-in files and ongoing file maintenance
• Address resident requests and handle complaints professionally
