Continental Properties is seeking a Leasing Associate for Springs at Port Orange, a residential community in Port Orange, FL. You will guide your own success by achieving leasing goals and building relationships with prospective and current residents, delivering exceptional customer service every day.

You report to the Community Manager and will balance touring, on-site responsibilities, and marketing efforts to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Mansioni

• Drive leasing from first contact to move-in and coordinate seamless move-ins.
• Conduct tours and follow up with prospects.
• Manage prospect and resident follow-ups and support lease renewals and occupancy tracking.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and applicable regulations.
