Greystar is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Associate for a Garden‑style community in Tampa, FL. You will handle leasing activities, tours, applications, screenings, and move‑in processes to hit occupancy and revenue targets.

You will design local marketing plans, maintain strong resident relations, support renewals, and use OneSite/Yardi to track data and occupancy. A valid driver’s license and flexible schedule are required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in leasing and managing market-ready apartments.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and background, prepare lease agreements and coordinate move‑in.
• Inspect apartments and coordinate move‑in readiness with maintenance.
• Develop and deploy short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Drive traffic with internet marketing, referrals and community outreach.
• Maintain data in OneSite/Yardi to track availability and residents.
• Support renewal process and communicate with residents and owners.
