Beyond International Group in Houston, TX is seeking a motivated Leasing Consultant to join our multifamily property management team. You will generate and follow up on leasing leads, conduct property tours, and convert prospects into leases while coordinating move-ins.

The role requires strong sales and customer service skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple leads in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment leasing or multifamily property management experience preferred.
• Strong sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with property management software; Yardi experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to leasing inquiries by phone, email, online platforms, and walk-ins.
• Follow up consistently with prospective residents to convert leads into leases.
• Conduct property tours and showcase apartment homes and community features.
• Process rental applications and coordinate move-in scheduling and documentation.
• Maintain prospect records and leasing reports in the property management system.
• Assist with marketing initiatives and online listings.
• Support occupancy and revenue goals while complying with Fair Housing laws.
• Work with the Property Manager and maintenance team to prepare apartments for occupancy.
