Job summary

ZRS Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Houston to attract and screen potential tenants, present property information, and negotiate lease terms. You will work with the property manager to maintain high occupancy and deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include marketing, tours, applicant screening, lease preparation, and ensuring a smooth move-in process, while complying with fair housing and company policies. This is a full-time on-site role with weekend requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments to qualified prospects and screen applicants
• Prepare lease paperwork and assist residents with move-in
• Promote available properties and conduct property tours
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, or in person
• Assist with weekly/monthly reports and maintain property standards
• Uphold fair housing regulations and company policies
