Responsabilités

• Optimize occupancy by leasing units and maximizing renewal programs.
• Lease units by promoting property products and services.
• Conduct site tours and demonstrate property amenities and units.
• Handle inquiries and follow up with prospects from tours and inquiries.
• Collaborate with staff to develop and implement sales/marketing strategies.
• Increase traffic, maintain closing ratios, and meet occupancy targets.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property and competition through visits.
• Screen applicants for residency and communicate rental documents.
• Prepare rental paperwork accurately and explain terms to residents.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and resolve issues.
• Maintain prospect, traffic and leasing data; assist with monthly closing.
• Ensure grounds and units are functional, safe and attractive.
• Inspect units on move-in/move-out days for readiness and damages.
• Plan and host property-sponsored events for residents.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards; perform errands as needed.
• Attend required meetings and training; perform other tasks.
