Arise-Equity-Management seeks a Leasing Associate to manage marketing, leasing, application approval and renewal processes at a property. The role reports to the Community Manager and may include additional duties as assigned.

The role emphasizes achieving high occupancy, maintaining low delinquency, and timely application approvals, with a strong focus on integrity, safety and teamwork within the property team.

Qualificações

• Marketing and leasing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing plans.
• Ability to screen applicants and ensure lease file accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Marketing: market comparable analysis, traffic generation, social media influence, response effectiveness.
• Conducts monthly surveys and marketing plan updates.
• Produces steady and significant prospect volume (typically 15 prospects : 1 lease).
• Engages in professional social media interactions and monitors social media advertisements.
• Leasing: ability to close, closing ratios, lease file completeness and accuracy, applicant screening quality.
• Enforces community qualifying criteria in a fair and consistent manner for all applicants.
