You'll lead projects, collaborate with teams, and contribute to marketing initiatives while adhering to safety and policy guidelines. A valid driver's license and weekend availability are required; a high school diploma is expected, with a bachelor’s preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Availability to work weekends.
• A valid driver’s license is required as driving is an essential job function.
• Leasing or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Candidates should be able to drive as needed for the role.

Responsibilities

• Engage and lead by initiating projects and driving success in leasing conversations.
• Outcome-driven: operate in a fast-paced leasing environment to hit occupancy goals.
• Motivate and influence residents and team members to build strong connections.
• Execute leasing goals by marketing and leasing available apartments to maximize occupancy.
• Provide exceptional customer service and retention strategies to residents.
• Support marketing initiatives through advertising and community outreach.
• Ensure safety by identifying and addressing potential risks.
