Compensation includes leasing commissions on a 3-tier structure ($23–$28/hr). Base pay is complemented by performance incentives, with meaningful opportunities for professional growth and community impact.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Leasing or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Availability to work weekends.
• A valid driver’s license is required; no comparable alternative transportation options can reasonably fulfill the role.

Our Compensation Philosophyâ¯

The compensation range for this position is $23 - $28/hr, including leasing commissions that are currently on a 3-tier structure, ranging from $100 - $295 per lease! Base pay may vary based on the candidate's knowledge, skills and experience. Fenton’s goal is to ensure performance-based compensation that is motivating and competitive – and we adopt a pay-for-performance approach. â¯â¯
