Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to respond to inquiries from prospective renters, market properties, and lease or renew apartments in line with company standards and Fair Housing guidelines. You will provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.

You'll manage daily marketing, leasing operations, and communications, coordinate showings, process applications, and maintain accurate records in our property management software while staying current on

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience in a service role.
• Strong sales and closing abilities.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Ability to work with a diverse group of people.
• State leasing license or ability to obtain/license within required timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily marketing, administrative, and financial operations of the property under the Community Manager.
• Know community and local market promotions and floor plans.
• Handle leasing units and documents per standards and Fair Housing guidelines.
• Process lease applications for CM approval and prepare new contracts.
• Tour show units and prep for prospects; greet and accompany prospects.
• Inspect pre-leased apartments before move-in and report concerns.
• Utilize third-party online leasing programs appropriately.
• Log prospect information and notifications into Property Management software.
• Respond to and document emails, voicemails, and texts.
• Stay up to date with promotions and incentives.
• Assist with MOVIC checklist and move-out processes.
• Post notices to vacate and other community communications.
• Assist with daily community inspections and compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
