Job summary

Asset Living is hiring a Leasing Consultant to manage all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. You will greet, qualify, tour, and sign leases, and perform leasing paperwork while supporting marketing efforts and data accuracy.

The role requires a High School Diploma or Equivalent, basic software skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. Regular on-site attendance is essential, and compensation includes a competitive hourly rate and

Qualifications

• Able to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lease property, market and maintain positive resident relations.
• Attend on-site regularly and greet, tour, and sign leases with prospective residents.
• Complete all leasing paperwork and assist with audits, walkthroughs, and turnover processes.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support marketing initiatives to drive property traffic and leasing goals.
